On orders that have no monogramming or giftwrapping requests it will take 0-1 business day to ship from our warehouse and offices in Allentown, PA. Gift Wrapping may take another day to process.

On orders where there is Monogramming Requests it may take 1-2 business days to ship from our warehouse and offices in Allentown, PA.  If monogrammed order will also be giftwrapped it may take another (3 business days) to ship.

Regardless, we move very fast. Please know that in most cases your orders are going to ship within hours if they are in stock. If you have urgency or special needs do not hesitate to call, we will accommodate you as best as we can.

Shipments are made from our warehouse in Allentown, PA 18102

  • Currently we use UPS Ground (default method in continental USA), US Postal Service Priority Shipping for APO and FPO orders only. We do apologize for this inconvenience however we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • After reviewing order processing times please choose the appropriate shipping method that fits your needs. If you are not in a hurry we would love for you to be able to utilize our free shipping.
  • Be sure to include any shipping instructions (i.e. No signature required) to your order, if you wish to do so.
  • Please note that we CAN NOT guarantee any deliveries. Overnight or 2nd Day Air shipping only cuts down on shipping time, not the time it takes an item to be monogrammed or processed. The only exception to this time frame would be when we receive an order to be shipped "Overnight" if any prior written arrangements have been made with us (email record).
  • Overnight and 2 Day Air Orders will receive priority for monogramming as well as shipping; however, please note that depending on the season, it may still take up to 5 business days for the processing time. Please be advised that we keep the right to substitute carriers if we feel it is in the best interest of the customer however the delivery method will be kept the same - next day, 2nd day air, etc.)
  • Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico: Please note that although UPS does offer GROUND shipping to Hawaii and Alaska , we are unable to honor Free Shipping to these states due to very high shipping costs.
  • US Postal Service Priority Shipping for APO and FPO orders only. • P.O. Boxes - We do apologize we do not ship to P.O. Boxes!
  • There's no free shipping available to Canada or other International destinations.
  • Please note as we are made to re-import items along with paying fees associated with that, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges from international destinations. 
  • Most countries have customs fees, taxes and brokerage fees that are the responsibility of customer. If you are concerned, please call your local UPS to find out what these charges might be. Green Robes, LLC will not be responsible for these charges and is not going to be able to refund the order and shipping charges, if customer refuses the package at time of delivery.

  • Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not considered shipping days.
  • Transit times start the day after shipment takes place.
  • The day an item is shipped is not considered the "first" business day.
  • This map only shows an estimated shipping time.
  • Green Robes LLC can not guarantee any delivery times.
  • These maps do not include additional days required for customs clearance for international shipments or deliveries in rural and extended delivery areas.
  • We will do everything in our power to get your order out in the amount of time promised however, please be advised that we have no control over packages once they leave our posession. We can not guarantee delivery on Express packages during incidents such as storm, flood, earthquake, accidents and other acts of nature.



  • If you are not happy with your purchase, you can call or email us to obtain an RMA number for a product return within 14 days of receipt of your order (Holiday season purchases until January 9, 2016) as long as the item is not monogrammed, product id tags are not torn, product is not laundered and/or used. Also, please make sure you are not wearing any perfumes or after shave while initially trying the product. Refunds for acceptable items will be made within 30 days of receipt of product minus any previously Free Shipping and/or any Gift-Wrap charges. When a purchase offered with free shipping is returned for a refund we can no longer afford the shipping charges; we are sorry for any inconvenience. Also, when a product is returned for an exchange with an item of lesser value which would not have qualified for free shipping initially, we are very sorry that we have to deduct the original shipping cost (for us) from any difference being refunded. Otherwise one exchange will always ship at our cost.
  • Please e-mail us at customerservice@organicrobes.com to obtain an RMA number. Be sure to include your order number or a copy of your invoice. Returns made without an RMA number will not be accepted and/or refunded.
  • To help you make an educated purchase we ask you to please be sure to read the product and other pages as many of your questions will be answered by reading these sections regarding the product. If you have a question that is not answered, please call us and we will do our best to provide you with an answer.
  • All items need to be in their original organic cotton packaging, tags should not be torn and they must be suitable for re-use.
  • Upon receiving a return, the item will be thoroughly examined by our staff. If the item is determined to have been laundered, or bears any brush/comb damage due to hair brushing while using the robe or has pet hair/pet damage, please be advised that the return will not be accepted and you will be notified.
  • On returns where free shipping was offered, shipping charges will apply on all returns and/or unclaimed/refused packages.
  • Return/RMA requests will not be accepted after 14 days of the customer receiving the item.
  • Please note that there are NO RETURNS accepted from international destinations including CANADA due to having to import items back into the United States, unless we have made an error with your order. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
